Dear Residents,
The July Cortona response to community questions is now on the website. If you have any further questions, you will be able to ask Cortona representatives about them on either Friday 13th or Saturday 14th at the Majors Creek Hall. Cortona didn't have to do this display so don't miss the opportunity to stay informed.
The Environmental Impact Statement and mining licence application will be submitted soon so be ready to review the EIS and to prepare your response if you want to submit one.
Don't forget the Environmental Defenders Office is available to help you put together a response.
Kind Regards
Bill Waterhouse
Chair
Majors Creek Community Liaison Committee.
Peter van der Borgh, Managing Director of Cortona, notified the MCCLC a day or two ago that they will be contacting us again soon. This response will be the company's answers to the last round of community questions. Watch this space!!!

Chair
MCCLC
