Weed Spraying

Due to weather conditions, Cortonas weed management program has been postponed until the end of next week. The program will continue in suitable weather conditions over the next 2 weeks.


Wildlife Rescue Training


Learn about wildlife, animal rescue, handling, 1st aid & risks. Sat 3 March between 9.30 am to 4.00 pm at the Braidwood Servicemens' Club. No charge. Refreshments and notes provided. RSVP Dianne, 62995737 & 0411614675 or Dianne.colman@marymead.org.au.

The Native Animal Rescue Group operates in the Majors Creek area. You don't have to belong to NARG - all are welcome.

Grabben Gullen Hall on Saturday 7th April, Easter Saturday.2012

All descendants are invited .The event will commence at 9.a.m. & there will be a welcoming ceremony at 2 p.m.when the cake will be cut & the drinking of a toast to our ancestors.Free tea & coffee & drinks for the children supplied.Light refreshments & luncheons available.Caravan facilities at the Hall & accommodation at Pub next door available.Souvenir wine goblet free to all attending.There will be a voluntary donation of $5 per person to help defray costs.
