27 May 2011
Council has begun a series of community consultation forums to hear what its residents and ratepayers have to say about the future of our local Palerang area.
Those taking part are being asked to comment on what they value most about the Palerang area now, what they see as challenges facing Palerang and how these may be addressed to make Palerang a better place to live in the future.

Majors Creek Community Vegie Co-Op
Yes we are seeking interest in forming a co-op in where we will swap our excess produce for other produce that we need, Some of us may grow already an excess of vegetables or other items and if we can swap this excess for other items that we do not have, then we all will be better off.
If you have any thoughts on this then email me at gordon@majorscreek.org.au or talk to Mick Flakelar
